While wading through prosperity,
I stumbled, cursed, then turned to see,
The fine line vibrating between,
Admirable acts and vanity.

As I make the journey towards my 100th tale, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has taken the time to read and interact with the tales and to the 500 readers who have chosen to follow me over the past few months. You are my motivation to keep writing every day! To celebrate, here is a collection of some of the wonderful comments I have received in the past week alone!

In a shell there lived a snail,
And everywhere he went, he would be last without fail.
His friends would often say, “Hey, Snail, c’mon mate!”
But as fast as he could go he would always get there late.
Now, Snail wasn’t daft, in fact he was quite bright,
And he would make up time by travelling through the night.
So, while his friends were resting and would soon be fast asleep,
He’d continue in first gear and from A to B he’d creep.
When all his friends would wake up, it was go, go, go!
But Snail couldn’t see the rush and he’d just take it slow.
“There’s so much here to see and do, you know it’s not a race,
I’ll stop and smell the roses and get there at my own pace.”
So, sometimes, yes, he’d not be there and miss out on the fun,
He would arrive and they’d say, “Bye! We’ve really got to run!”
But Snail would just smile and be filled with utter glee,
Because he’d noticed every flower and remembered every tree.
